Michael Phelps, swimmer champion, recently had a car crash in Baltimore. There were two passengers in his vehicle including him, and the other vehicle had a female driver. Fortunately, Phelps and his companion were
not injured.
According to the AP, Phelps was interviewed by police on the scene and alcohol was not a factor. (There was no mention of marijuana)
